Textual Stalking

Must you text me while I'm walking?
It feels a bit like stalking
You fill up my inbox
You fill me with pain
I want to relax but my phone bleeps
And I know that you've text me again
You text to say that you're shopping
And tell me you're watching TV
It might be that this is important to you
But it is of no interest to me
I'm here in the middle of nowhere
No traffic just gorse bush and heather
Butterflies and dragonflies
And beautiful sunny weather
It's days since I heard the BBC news
I sit and gaze at panoramic views
This location is so wonderful, a veritable winner
But wait, what's this - another text?
Oh, you're having baked beans for your dinner
