Dalemain is a Georgion Mansion close to A 592 Penrith to Ullswater road, close to the Rheghed roundabout. The house has been owned by the Hasell family since 1679, and is an interesting place to visit. There are also lovely gardens, plant sales and good food.
Dalemain holds an annual Marmadale Festival, normally in February or March.
