Hutton-in-the-Forest

Hutton-in-the-Forest is a historic house on the north-eastern edge of the Lake District, with elements that date back to the mid 14th century. Later additions were added in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. The house had been in the family of Lord Inglewood since 1605.

The house is open to visitors several days per week, currently between March and October.

An annual Plant & Food Fair is held at Hutton-in-the-Forest, normally in May.
